Dhammika Perera

Dr. Perera is a public health professional with 17 years of experience as a medical doctor and over a decade's experience in international health service management.

Dr. Perera holds a medical degree from the University of Colombo, a masters’ degree from the University of Manchester, and a Ph.D. from Walden University, Minnesota. He has work experience in the field of healthcare in multiple Asian and African settings and has provided quality improvement support to reproductive health service programmes in many countries.

Prior to joining MSI Reproductive Choices, Dr. Perera was the senior adviser for reproductive healthcare at the International Rescue Committee.
