Sue Holland

Global Director, People & Culture at Marie Stopes International

Sue Holland first joined MSI Reproductive Choices in 1994 as a Senior Programme Manager supporting the South Asia Programmes. Prior to joining the team, she had eight years of experience working in the private sector with sales and marketing in a multinational company.

After working with the company for four years, Sue moved on to Business Development at Freeplay Foundation before heading to Namibia with Population Services as a Country Director. Before returning to MSI Reproductive Choices in 2012, Sue spent five years working for the UK National Health Sector.

Sue then took on the role of MSI Reproductive Choices' Regional Director for West and Central Africa, before moving into her current role as the Global Director of People and Culture in 2022.
