Head Of Brand Design And Content, Global Marketing at Marimekko

Sofia Uitto has extensive experience in the field of branding and design. Sofia most recently served as the Head of Brand Design and Content in Global Marketing at Marimekko. Prior to that, they worked as a Strategy Director and Entrepreneur at Atelier Hope from 2022 to 2023. From 2016 to 2021, they held the position of Strategy Director at Kuudes. Sofia also served as the Director of SEK Design from 2007 to 2016. Their earlier roles include Project Director and Project Manager at TBWA\\TANGO Helsinki, as well as a Project Manager at Creator GREY in 2004.

Sofia Uitto completed their education in the following institutions:

1. Berghs School of Communication: Sofia pursued updating studies in Planning and Design Management between an unspecified starting year and 2011.

2. Helsinki School of Economics (currently Aalto University School of Business): Sofia obtained an M.Sc.Econ degree in Marketing, International Design Business Management (IDBM), and Communications by the year 2004.

3. École Supèriere d´Arts Graphiques, Paris: Sofia undertook minor subject studies in Graphic Design and concluded them before 2000.
