Yan Liu

Yan Liu is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in the field of cellular and molecular biology. Currently holding the position of Senior Research Scientist at Marina Biotech, Inc. since 2007, Yan previously served as a Research Scientist at the University of Washington from March 2004 to October 2007 and as a Staff Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center from July 1998 to February 2004. Yan Liu earned a Ph.D. in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine between 1993 and 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fudan University, obtained in 1984.
