Heather Mess, CMM is currently working at MarineMax as the National Marina Manager, where Heather has held various titles such as Marina Manager and Sales Coordinator / Business Office Assistant since March 2015. Prior to MarineMax, Heather was an Executive Manager at Top Hat Group from October 2011 to July 2014. Heather has an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Lincoln Tech, which was completed in 2011.
