Chirag M.

Chirag M. has a strong background in integration and software architecture. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Technical Lead at SITA, where they led the development of solutions based on SOA architecture and provided performance optimization strategies. Chirag then moved on to become a Technical Lead at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence, where they provided technical oversight and guidance for development teams and worked on projects for insurance, banking, and government clients.

In 2014, Chirag joined Graydon UK as an Integration Consultant, where they specialized in SOA and API integration using MuleSoft. Chirag then worked at Pret A Manger as a Senior Consultant, focusing on MuleSoft integration. Chirag continued to expand their MuleSoft expertise at Valuation Office Agency, ASOS.com, and Ricston Ltd, where they held various MuleSoft Architect and Senior Consultant roles, working on projects for retail, government, and other clients.

Chirag joined HSBC in 2020 as a Product Owner and Engineering Specialist, responsible for global payments. Chirag then moved to Marionete as Head of Integration, leading the design, engineering, and implementation of critical systems and delivering a payments orchestration layer using MuleSoft.

Most recently, in 2023, Chirag joined Beazley as a Principal Architect, applying their expertise in architecture and integration to contribute to the company's strategic objectives.

Throughout their career, Chirag has demonstrated their ability to build and lead software engineering teams, earn the trust of stakeholders, and balance strategic alignment with practical delivery. Their technical innovation and thought leadership have been instrumental in improving engineering culture, product quality, and delivery speed.

Chirag M. completed their education in a chronological order. From 1992 to 1995, they attended the University of Mumbai and obtained a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Amravati University, completing it from 1995 to 1999. Finally, from 2002 to 2004, Chirag enrolled in the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision.
