Caitlin DiLallo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2009, they started their career as a Paraprofessional at Hopewell Career Academy, where they worked until 2010. Caitlin then transitioned to become a Special Education/Transition Teacher at the same academy from December 2010 to January 2012.

In 2015-2017, they attended Lewis University and completed their Master's in Education with a specialization in Educational Leadership for Principal Preparation. Additionally, Caitlin pursued further education at Western Michigan University in 2012 where they studied Low Vision & Blindness Studies, specializing in being a Teacher of Children with Visual Impairments and an Orientation & Mobility Specialist. Finally, in 2018-2019, they studied to become a Director of Special Education at the University of St. Francis.
