Carol Sgambaro

Carol Sgambaro has an extensive background in governance and company secretarial roles, currently serving as Governance Manager at Market Operator Services Limited (MOSL) since July 2020. Previously, Carol held the position of Assistant Company Secretary at Aztec Group from October 2019 to June 2020 and worked as a Company Secretarial Assistant at LV= from August 2014 to October 2019. Early career experiences include a role as a Legal Trainee at Caixa Econômica Federal from January 2003 to January 2005. Carol's academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Law from Bournemouth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the same institution, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from UNIAESO - Centro Universitário AESO-Barros Melo.
