Erika Green

Erika Green is an accomplished VP and Global Talent Acquisition Leader with extensive experience in recruitment and diversity initiatives. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Recruiter and Diversity & Inclusion Leader at Kantar Americas and Global Talent Acquisition positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Prudential Financial. Erika also held the position of Talent Recruiting Manager for the Finance & Accounting NJ Division at Atrium Staffing. Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Boston University and has additional education from USIU.
