Christina Klein's work experience begins in 2016 as a Product Advisor at Microsoft. Christina then worked at AT&T as a Sales Executive from September 2017 to March 2018. In 2018, they joined Toast, Inc. as a Business Development Representative and later became a Customer Success Manager from May 2019 to May 2020. In 2020, they were an Operations Manager at Little Pub LLC from April to September. Currently, they are working at MarketMan: Restaurant Inventory Management, where they started as a Customer Success Manager from October 2020 to June 2021. Christina then became an Engagement & Operations Manager from June 2021 to February 2023. Currently, Christina holds the role of Global Customer Success Operations at MarketMan: Restaurant Inventory Management starting from February 2023.
Christina Klein attended Johnson & Wales University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management. In addition, they also completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef from the same university, from 2014 to 2016.
Christina obtained the certification in Hospitality Human Resource Management & Supervision from the National Restaurant Association in December 2016. Furthermore, they earned the certification in Food Safety & Sanitation Management from TAP Training (The Training Accreditation Programme) in December 2014.
