Brandon Smietana

Brandon Smietana is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and finance. As the CEO of Symbolic Analytics since November 2009, Brandon oversees a technology investment fund. In addition, Brandon has served as a Systems Engineer at MarketPsych Data LLC since May 2011, contributing to the development of behavioral finance data solutions that leverage Natural Language Processing and Big Data to analyze market impacts. Prior to these roles, Brandon worked as an Indie Game Developer from April 2011 to May 2013, creating Gnomescroll, a 3D multiplayer game popular among children aged 8 to 14. Brandon earned a BA/MA in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo, completing the degree in 2010.
