Audrey Johnston

Audrey Johnston has extensive work experience in customer success and client operations. Audrey is currently working as the Director of Client Success Operations at MARKETview Education Partners. Prior to that, they held positions at MajorClarity, where they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success and later as the Director of Customer Success. At MajorClarity, Audrey managed a team of Customer Success Managers and achieved industry-leading user adoption levels. Audrey also oversaw the company's annual partner conference. Audrey also has experience as a Manager of Customer Success, where they developed onboarding and training processes for new partnerships and managed client accounts. Before their roles in customer success, they had various positions such as Program Manager at Virginia Commonwealth University and Owner/Creator of Penwheels.
