Gary Anderson

As General Counsel for MarketWise, Gary Anderson manages all legal and compliance matters, including corporate governance, litigation, regulatory, intellectual property, contracts, and privacy issues. Prior to taking this role in 2017, he worked in private practice for nearly 20 years, primarily as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation, securities and accounting fraud matters, class actions, and government investigations. Prior to that, Gary worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an auditor of financial institution clients. Gary earned a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School.
