James Shorney

James Shorney is a dedicated retail leader and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S) since July 2021, James also manages as Company Owner of THREE ENGINEERS BREWERY since October 2020. Additionally, James has held the position of Store Manager at Marks and Spencer since June 2001, showcasing a successful track record in driving high performance and guiding teams.
