Liz Valentine-House

Liz Valentine-House is a Senior UX Researcher at Marks and Spencer, having joined the company in October 2022. Prior to this role, Liz served as UX Research Lead at FutureLearn from July 2015 to May 2022, where contributions demonstrated the value of UX research. Liz's career includes positions as a Senior Design Consultant at Seren Design Ltd, a Research Scientist at the BBC, and a Research Assistant at the University of Kent. With a strong academic background, including MSc and BSc degrees in Multimedia Technology and Design from the University of Kent, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Online & Distance Education from The Open University, Liz possesses extensive expertise across various sectors in UX research and design.
