Vanessa Lee currently serves as the Head of Franchise for MENA & Asia at Marks and Spencer since April 2025. Prior to this role, Vanessa held the position of Director of Corporate Strategy at WPP from May 2022 to March 2025. At Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, Vanessa progressed through various roles, including Head of Business Development and Strategic Projects, as well as Special Projects Manager and Business Development Lead, from October 2017 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes consulting roles at Bain & Company from March 2014 to October 2017, and summer analyst positions at Morgan Stanley and Citi in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Vanessa earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Sydney.
