Phaidra Harper is currently the Director of Divergence Design and Innovation | Product Strategy at Marlabs LLC. Prior to this role, Phaidra served as a Product Manager at Olea Edge Analytics and as a Senior Product Manager at Diligent Robotics. With a background in research, design, and strategy, Phaidra has extensive experience in product management and user experience research. Phaidra holds a Master's Degree in Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, along with degrees in Psychology, Creative Writing, and Spanish & International Studies.
