Jim Langelaan

Jim Langelaan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in logistics and operations management. Jim currently works at Marley Spoon as the Head of Logistics EU. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Logistics Manager at Marley Spoon and as the Head of Production NL (A.I). Before joining Marley Spoon, Jim worked at Hexspoor E-Fulfilment as the Manager Operations and as the Project Manager Logistics. Jim also has experience as the Director of Operations at Familiebox where they successfully launched a new brand and retained a significant customer base. Jim's earlier roles include Operations and Customer Service Manager at Mathijs Maaltijdbox and Service Employee at BP. Jim started their career at de Bijenkorf as a Logistics Employee. Throughout their career, Jim has demonstrated expertise in managing logistics, overseeing operations, and optimizing customer experiences.

Jim Langelaan attended the Dhr. F.H. De Bruijne Lyceum from 2000 to 2006, where they obtained degrees in VMBO and HAVO with a focus on Economics and Society. From 2007 to 2009, they studied at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) and completed a HBO degree in Spatial Planning and Urbanism. Jim then pursued further education from 2010 to 2015 at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. During this period, they studied Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. In November 2016, Jim also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from 12Improve.
