Sheenal Sipeli

Sheenal Sipeli has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 2004, they worked as an HR Generalist at The NRMA for five years. From 2009 to 2016, Sipeli held the roles of Site Manager and HR Performance Manager at Advance Personnel Management. They then moved on to Southern Cross Group INT, where they worked as an HR Coordinator and Acting National HR Manager from 2016 to 2017. Following that, Sipeli worked as an HR Advisor at Martin Brower ANZ for a few months. In 2017, they became the HR Manager at Titan Cranes & Rigging and later transitioned to Euronaturalstone as the Human Resources Manager. In 2019, Sipeli joined PPG Architectural Coatings as a member of the Human Resources team. In 2020, they became the People and Culture Manager at BINGO INDUSTRIES. Currently, Sipeli is working at Marley Spoon as the People Operations Manager and has recently been promoted to the role of National People Operations Manager.

Sheenal Sipeli completed their education at Western Sydney University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, specializing in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Sheenal concluded their studies in 2017.
