Divya Gallo is a seasoned professional in compensation and people operations, currently serving as a Senior Compensation Partner at Marqeta since October 2022. Previously, Divya held various roles at Flexport, including Lead Compensation Partner and Senior Compensation Analyst, from March 2021 to October 2022.
