Christina Francis

Christina Francis has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Christina is currently working at Correla as a Portfolio Services Manager. Prior to this, they held roles at Correla as a Change Assurance Lead and Change Assurance Specialist. Before joining Correla, Christina volunteered as the Head of Center Birmingham at Marriage Care. Christina also worked as a Project Manager at Xoserve for eight years. Earlier in their career, they were a Business Analyst / Client Services at Yodlee Infotech Pvt Ltd, a Helpdesk Analyst at both Accenture and IBM, and a Technical Support Engineer at HP Enterprise Services.

Christina Francis attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Engineering with a focus on Biomedical/Medical Engineering. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Jyoti Nivas College and completed a Pre-degree in PCMB.

In terms of additional certifications, Christina obtained MSP certifications from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2021 and Management of Risks (MOR foundation) certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in January 2017. Christina also holds a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from BCS, obtained in September 2016, and an ITIL certification from BCS, obtained in August 2013. Additionally, they obtained a PRINCE2 Foundation certification from BCS; however, the details regarding the month and year of achievement are not provided.
