Natalie Decker

Natalie Decker is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior People & Culture Business Partner at MaRS Discovery District since March 2022. Prior to this role, Natalie held various positions at KPMG Canada from July 2019 to March 2022, including Manager of HR Strategy & Operations, HR Manager for Digital, and Senior Consultant in Organizational Development. Natalie's earlier experience at goeasy Ltd. from May 2010 to June 2019 encompassed roles such as Leadership & Employee Engagement Specialist and HR Business Partner, among others.
