Wendy Sokoluk began their work experience in 1991 as a Sr. Brand Manager at Hershey. Wendy then worked as an Account Director at BBDO from an unknown start date to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, Wendy was the Client Service Director at Saatchi & Saatchi in Poland, where they received an Effie Award for ING Financial. Wendy then worked as the Director of Strategic Planning at Flair Communications Agency from 2001 to 2004. Wendy then joined Upshot as the VP of Account Management & Strategy from 2004 to 2010, where they led accounts for Kraft, P&G, and various retail teams. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as the SVP, Group Management Director of Shopper Marketing at FCB Global, where they managed Del Monte and NIVEA's shopper marketing programs. Wendy then joined Okamura Consulting as an Operations/Analyst from 2012 to 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Global Account Lead at TracyLocke, where they managed shopper marketing programs for SCJohnson's international home cleaning brands. Currently, Wendy is the Director of Customer Solutions at The Mars Agency since 2018.
Wendy Sokoluk holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Marketing from Queen's University. Wendy also obtained a certification in Connected Commerce Leader Level 1 from The Mars Agency in 2022.
