Berry Carpenter-Kingi

Berry Carpenter-Kingi has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Global Vice President of People & Organization Transformation at Mars Veterinary Health, which they started in 2021. Prior to that, Berry held the role of Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at VCA Animal Hospitals from 2015 to 2021.

Before their time at VCA, Berry worked at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. from 2008 to 2014, where they held various roles including Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Talent Management. They also served as the Director of Talent & Leadership Development during their earlier years at PETCO.

Berry Carpenter-Kingi has a MS in Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior & Development from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business. Prior to that, Berry obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health (BSPH) with a focus on Health Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Berry has certifications as a Personnel Decisions International (PDI) Certified 360 Facilitator and in the Myers-Briggs Assessment.
