Bethany Taylor-Garrett

Bethany Taylor-Garrett is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the Operations Unit Manager at Mars since November 2024. Previously, Bethany held multiple roles at Hotel Chocolat, including Site Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Cell Manager from September 2020 to November 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Supply Chain CI Lead and Supply Chain Graduate at AB World Foods Ltd from September 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities included the implementation of Short Interval Control during the first placement in manufacturing. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Leicester, completed in July 2018, and has a background from Leicester Grammar School.
