Justin Shrock

Justin Shrock has had extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Justin started their career at Kendex Inc. as a Carpenter's Assistant and worked there for five years. Justin then joined UPS and held various roles including Loader, Operations Supervisor, Safety Specialist, Hub Specialist, and Dispatch Specialist. After leaving UPS, they worked at Wayfair as an Operations Supervisor, where they focused on process improvement, safety, and employee training. Justin then joined DHL as an Operations Supervisor and later became an Operations Manager, overseeing frontline supervisors and driving initiatives in safety and on-time departures. Currently, Justin is serving as the Director of Operations at Marsh Building Products, where they are responsible for creating and implementing safety, training, productivity, and operational processes.

Justin Shrock attended Scott High School, although the dates of their enrollment are not specified. Justin later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Northern Kentucky University from 2006 to 2015.
