Ardianto Utomo holds significant experience in client servicing, development, and advisory within the insurance and benefits industry. Currently serving as Vice President at Mercer Marsh Benefits since January 2010, Ardianto oversees a substantial portfolio exceeding IDR 1.3 trillion while managing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities. Previous roles at the same organization include Flexible Benefit Consultant, Head of Client Development, Head of Placement, and various positions in client advisory. Prior experience also includes positions at Mercer, NCS Group, and IRAS, with a strong educational background featuring an MBA from Université Grenoble Alpes and a Master's degree from the University of Indonesia, along with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the National University of Singapore.
