Rahul Kapoor

Rahul Kapoor, MD, is an experienced ophthalmologist currently practicing at Springfield Clinic since October 2023. Previously, Rahul held various roles at Columbia University Irving Medical Center from June 2018 to November 2023, including ophthalmology resident, surgery resident, and postdoctoral fellow, focusing on artificial intelligence and teleophthalmology. Concurrently, experience as a resident doctor at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital took place from June 2019 to September 2023. Early in the career, positions included research fellow in neurosurgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and associate research fellow in biomedical engineering and neuroscience at Cornell University.
