Peggy Smith Bush has over 30 years of work experience across various industries. Peggy Smith Bush has a diverse education history. In 1981, they attended the University of North Alabama and earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in 1984. Later on, Peggy pursued a career in law and attended Barry University - Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, in 2002.

Expanding their education further, in 2018, Peggy enrolled in Penn State University to pursue a Master of Professional Studies in the Psychology of Leadership, which they are expected to complete by 2022.
