James McGrane is a seasoned quantitative researcher at Marshall Wace, where employment commenced in October 2015. Previous roles include a teaching assistant position at Queen Mary University of London from October 2012 to September 2015, focusing on quantum physics and space-related topics. Prior to that, James worked as a technical analyst at Acturis Limited for nearly a year, where responsibilities included software development and testing, and gained research experience as a summer student at CERN in 2009, writing C++ programs for data analysis.
