Edith Clee

Edith Clee is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Strategy, Analytics and Rewards at Marsh McLennan since January 2021. In this role, Edith is a key member of the HR Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and directing strategic initiatives to foster an inclusive and vibrant work environment, while collaborating with business leaders and specialists. Prior to joining Marsh McLennan, Edith spent a decade at Mercer, where roles included Partner and Career Business Leader, overseeing a team of over 150 consultants and managing services for more than 800 clients. Earlier experiences include positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals and Towers Perrin as a Senior Total Rewards Analyst and Senior Compensation Associate, respectively. Edith holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Joseph's University, attained in 2002.
