Chad Weems

Chad Weems has a strong work history in the field of mining and production. Chad started their career at Patriot Coal Corporation in 2010, where they held multiple positions as an Engineer, Foreman, and Superintendent until 2015. Chad then joined Martin Marietta and worked their way up, starting as a District Engineer in 2015 and later becoming an Area Production Manager in 2017. From 2018 to 2022, Chad served as a District Production Manager before assuming their current role as Vice President of Operational Excellence.

Chad Weems completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Engineering at the University of Kentucky from 2005 to 2010. Chad later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the West Virginia University from 2016 to 2017.
