Job Summary:

Martin Systems is searching for a talented and motivated individual to fill our opening for the Coordinator – Commercial Service position at our Waukesha office.  The individual in this role will help us maintain our industry leading customer service. This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and can work as a team member to ensure superior service to all customers. Previous experience in customer service is a must.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

  • Tier 1 CSR – First contact for all Service Call requests.

  • Answers ALL incoming service calls and creates call tickets in service systems for triage & testing.

  • Collects & verifies correct customer info & service trouble symptom descriptions.

  • Escalates to Tier 2 as needed after appropriate evaluation.

  • Scheduling jobs: contacting the customer, making sure the appropriate material is ready for the job, and reviewing the job for closing.

  • Replying to customers in a timely manner

  • Email communication

  • General Customer Service duties.

Minimum requirements:

  • Successfully pass background check and drug test
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude
  • Advance customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Organizational skills
  • Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new softwares quickly
  • Two years related experience preferred, but not required
