Job Summary:
Martin Systems is searching for a talented and motivated individual to fill our opening for the Coordinator – Commercial Service position at our Waukesha office. The individual in this role will help us maintain our industry leading customer service. This position requires a motivated person that is detail oriented and can work as a team member to ensure superior service to all customers. Previous experience in customer service is a must.
Essential functions include but are not limited to:
Tier 1 CSR – First contact for all Service Call requests.
Answers ALL incoming service calls and creates call tickets in service systems for triage & testing.
Collects & verifies correct customer info & service trouble symptom descriptions.
Escalates to Tier 2 as needed after appropriate evaluation.
Scheduling jobs: contacting the customer, making sure the appropriate material is ready for the job, and reviewing the job for closing.
Replying to customers in a timely manner
Email communication
General Customer Service duties.
