Michelle Norman

Michelle Norman has been with Mary Kay Inc. since January 1997, currently holding the position of Vice President in Human Resources. Prior to joining Mary Kay Inc., Michelle worked at Texas Instruments as a Human Resources Manager from May 1992 to December 1996. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University.
