Steph Kotula

Steph Kotula is an accomplished Lead Designer at NOVA since July 2024, while also serving as an Adjunct Professor at the Maryland Institute College of Art since August 2023, teaching GFA Graphic Design: User Interaction & Experience I. Previously, Steph held the position of Senior Product Designer at Luxury Presence and Dorsal Health, where significant contributions included launching a mobile app and desktop platform designed for healthcare collaboration. Experience at Instrument as a Designer involved projects for notable clients like Sonos and Salesforce, alongside earlier roles at Portland State University and Rochester Institute of Technology, where teaching and design responsibilities were undertaken. Steph holds a Bachelor’s Degree in New Media Design and a Minor in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
