Walter Saba

Walter Saba is currently the Senior Program Manager - Health Equity at Maryland Nonprofits, responsible for managing the Health Equity portfolio of projects at Maryland Latinos Unidos. Prior to this role, Walter held various positions at organizations such as UNAIDS, UNICEF, and the Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator, focusing on community mobilization, partnerships, and regional technical support in the areas of health communication and HIV/AIDS response. Walter's extensive experience in public health and communication spans over three decades, including roles in Peru's Ministry of Health and various positions at Johns Hopkins University. Walter holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Master's degree in Health Sciences with a specialization in Health Education and Communication.
