Preferred applicants will have:

  • Approximately 8-10 years of related experience in Project Management and/or Estimating.

  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  1. Attend bid review and closeout meetings.

  2. Generate Handoff Plans, gather information, and coordinate/lead meetings.

  3. Execute turnover to Operations.

  4. Attend pre-construction meetings, site visits/walkthroughs with Project Teams and Owners.

  5. Assist in developing Baseline Schedules with the Project Managers.

  6. Act as resource for Project Team re: budget contents and/or facilitate coordination with appropriate Estimators.

  7. Participate in brainstorming/planning meetings, value engineering and determining alternate methods.

  8. Help with early submittals and action items at job startup.

  9. Lead buyout, maintain sub/supplier relationships and help with subcontract administration.

  10. Assist with insurance policy procurement & permit applications.

  11. Attend monthly job meetings and report back to Estimating Team – lessons learned, quality, major operation debriefs.

  12. Facilitate Estimating Team assistance with Change Orders

  13. Assist with Estimating Team on bids and attend meetings, as time allows.
