Kathleen Bitanga

Kathleen Bitanga has over 20 years of experience in operations, logistics, and client success. Kathleen began their career in 2001 as a Logistics Associate at Pokemon USA. Kathleen then moved to Gilt Groupe in 2008, where they served as Head of Operations for Gilt Groupe Japan and Senior Manager of Operations. In 2015, they joined Flight Club as Senior Director of Operations. In 2016, they were appointed Director of Supply Chain at Helix Sleep. In 2017, they became Director of Logistics Operations at Flow (Flow Commerce, Inc.). Finally, in 2018, they were appointed Head of Client Success at MasonHub.

Kathleen Bitanga attended Hunter College from 1999 to 2002.
