Ben Docksteader

Ben Docksteader has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and industries. Ben is currently serving as the Director of Advanced Development and Supplier Engineering at Masonite® since 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Product Leader at Masonite® from September 2020 to September 2023.

Before joining Masonite®, Ben was the Co-Founder and COO at LifeDoor from August 2017 to September 2020. LifeDoor is a smarthome device that closes interior doors to block smoke and heat during a fire.

Ben also worked as a Principal Program Manager at Jabil from July 2014 to January 2020. Ben owned and operated L-D Products from August 2013 to August 2017. Additionally, they served as a Technical Manager at Signature Plastics LLC from February 2012 to July 2014 and as a Principal Engineer at Nypro from 2001 to March 2012.

Ben Docksteader attended BCIT from an unspecified start year to 1997. Ben completed studies in Plastics during their time at the institution.
