Jason Lind

Jason Lind has over 20 years of experience in design leadership roles for various companies. Jason currently serves as the Director of User Experience at Masonite™. Prior to that, Jason worked at 3M in multiple design director roles, where they led teams and drove innovation in the healthcare, consumer, and industrial markets. Before 3M, they were the Senior Manager of Global Consumer Design at Whirlpool Corporation, where they successfully redefined and redesigned several brands. Jason also worked as a Design Manager at Group Four and as a Senior Industrial Designer at KI. Jason began their career as an intern at Kohler Co. Overall, Jason Lind has a strong background in design leadership and has made significant contributions to various companies throughout their career.

Jason Lind earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design with a Minor in Marketing from The Ohio State University. Jason also obtained a certification in Figma for UX Design from LinkedIn in 2023.
