Carlini Rivers

Carlini Rivers has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1998, they worked as a Training & Development Specialist III at Tech Data for two years. In 2003, they returned to Tech Data and held various roles such as Sales & Marketing Operation Manager, Event Marketing Manager, Change Manager, and Organizational Development Manager. In 2016, Carlini joined Masonite™ as a Sr. Human Resources Manager, later progressing to the role of Director, Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, HR, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Masonite™.

Carlini Rivers obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Bentley University between 1990 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Uncovering Your Authentic Self at Work" from LinkedIn in 2023, "Out and Proud: Approaching LGBT Issues in the Workplace" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Inclusive Mindset" from LinkedIn in 2021, "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate" from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021, and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in 2021.
