Lisa Shields

Lisa Shields, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Lisa is currently a Member at Chief since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Masonite International, starting in 2015. During their time at Masonite, they held various roles including Vice President of Human Resources, HR Director for Residential and Global Operations, and HR Director for Global Components & Research and Development. Before joining Masonite, Lisa worked at Magneti Marelli as an HR Leader for the Powertrain NAFTA Region from 2013 to 2014. From 2006 to 2013, they served as the Human Resources & General Affairs Manager at THK Rhythm North America. Lisa also has experience as a Senior Partner at the Alliance of Tennessee Employers from 2003 to 2006. Lisa began their career at TRW, where they worked as the Director of Human Resources from 1996 to 2003.

Lisa Shields, SPHR has a degree in Psychology from The Open University. Lisa also pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Sussex, specializing in MSc/LCP. In addition to their educational background, Lisa has obtained several certifications, including "Leading and Sustaining a Culture of Innovation" from Kellogg Executive Education, "HR Executive Program" from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and "Higher Ambition Leadership" from the Center for Higher Ambition Leadership. Lisa is also a member of Chief and holds the CEBS and SPHR certifications from Michigan State University and HR Certification Institute - HRCI, respectively.
