Lucy Rebelo

Lucy Rebelo has a diverse work experience in the field of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) management. Lucy started their career in 1995 as an HRIS Project Manager at Engen Oil Refinery. From there, they moved on to Kronos as an HR Snr Application Consultant II. In 2005, they joined WCI Communities as a Human Resources Business Systems Analyst. Lucy then joined Acosta Sales & Marketing as an HRIS Manager in 2009. Their most recent role was at Masonite International, where they started as a Global HRIS & Payroll Manager in 2013 and later became the Director of Global HRIS (Workday) in 2016.

Lucy Rebelo attended Durban University of Technology in South Africa from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Computer Programming. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Prosci Change Management from Prosci and Workday Training in various areas such as HCM, Business Processes, Project Management, Talent Management, Reporting, and Scorecards from Workday.
