Stephanie Carrillo

Stephanie Carrillo, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, particularly in the areas of compensation and benefits. Stephanie started their career in 2012 as a Human Resources Manager at Albeck Gerken, Inc., where they analyzed and modified compensation and benefits policies and conducted new employee orientations. In 2014, they joined Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Benefits Coordinator, administering employee benefit programs across multiple countries and serving as a liaison between vendors and employees. Stephanie then advanced to the role of Benefits Analyst, participating in strategy development and implementation for national and global benefit programs. Since 2018, they have been working at Masonite®, first as a Compensation and Benefits Analyst and later as a Lead Benefits Analyst, responsible for managing relationships with plan providers and providing tier 3 support for benefits and HRIS issues.

Stephanie Carrillo, SPHR obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of South Florida in 2012. In 2017, they also received the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute.
