Krists Culkstens

Krists Culkstens has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on various leadership roles. Krists currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Masonite®, a position they began in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Owens Corning from 2010 to 2021, holding various HR director positions, including Global Compensation, North America Insulation Sales & Marketing, Corporate Functions, and Americas Glass Reinforcements. From 2008 to 2011, Krists was an HR Manager at Amazon.com, and from 2005 to 2008, they held the same position at Whirlpool Corporation. Krists'swork experience also includes serving as a Company Commander at LNAF from 2002 to 2003.

Krists Culkstens completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point, from 1998 to 2002. Krists later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, graduating between 2003 and 2005.
