Lyn van Huben

Lyn Van Huben is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in driving change management and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the MBTA since September 2017, Lyn has successfully managed complex change initiatives for a workforce of over 6,000 employees while applying LEAN strategies to optimize processes. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Salary.com, where Lyn contributed to the establishment of the company following its spin-off from IBM, and at Intronis, where strategic leadership led to a $65 million acquisition by Barracuda Networks. Lyn's extensive experience further includes positions at Aspect Software, Harte-Hanks, Fannie Mae, Wildfire Communications, Bose Corporation, and Digital Equipment Corporation, substantiated by a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Rivier University.
