Nancy Vanasse

Nancy (Gorgone) Vanasse serves as the Assistant Director of Career & Professional Services at Massachusetts Maritime Academy since September 2019, focusing on internship and employment opportunities for students in various programs while fostering employer partnerships. Prior experience includes a decade at UMass Dartmouth, where Nancy held multiple roles: as the Director of Alumni Relations, cultivating relationships with over 54,000 alumni, and as the Assistant Director of Scholarships, managing various scholarship programs. Additional marketing and project management experience was gained at Webhire, The Catchpole Corporation, and Digital Consulting, Inc., with a strong foundation in marketing from a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration in Management, both from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
