Emily Maracic

Emily Maracic is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at Massapequa Center Rehabilitation & Nursing and Sensational Development since March 2019, as well as serving as a Support Staff Person with the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities since June 2015. In these roles, Emily provides direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, teaching essential life skills and fostering self-determination. Previously, Emily worked as a Dance Teacher at La Prima Dance Academy, an Attendant at Harbour Green Shore Club, and a Peer Tutor in the National Honor Society, demonstrating a commitment to fostering self-esteem and academic success in children and young adults. Emily's educational background includes a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University, a Bachelor's degree from University College Cork, and a high school diploma from Massapequa High School.
