Emily Y. Lin

Emily Y. Lin currently serves as Chief Learning Officer at Mastercard since August 2022 and has been an Executive Coach at epique. since April 2017. Previously, Emily held the position of Director and Global Head of Learning & Development for Citi Operations & Technology from January 2012 to August 2022, where transformation and scalability of learning initiatives were achieved alongside a talented team. Emily also worked as Director of Citi Productivity, leading business transformation efforts across multiple countries that resulted in significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes a role as a Management Consultant at Accenture, specializing in HR strategy for the Higher Education sector. Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland in May 2007.
