Joseph Fernandes

Joseph joined the company in 2017 and since then, has been leading human resources for the India tech hub in Pune.

Joseph leads the team responsible for nurturing Mastercard’s talent pool in India and other South Asian markets (Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Maldives and Nepal).

With a career spanning over 20 years, Joseph has worked with JP Morgan Chase & Co, HSBC Software (India) Development Centre, Tata Technologies. He holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from Pune University.
